Who we are

Le Marie Marché is operated by Le Marie Marché, Netherlands. Contact: hallo@lemariemarche.com.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone — to communicate about applications and bookings.
• Company name, KvK, branche, photos — for the public vendor showcase (only if you enable it).
• Invoice data and payment status — for own administration and WeFact-compatible billing.
• Audit-log of changes (who/when) — for compliance.

How we use it

Solely for organising markets, billing and contacting you. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We use processors (Supabase, Resend, Mollie, optionally WeFact) under data-processing agreements.

Your rights (GDPR / AVG)

You can view, export and delete your own data via your account at /mijn/avg. You can also email hallo@lemariemarche.com — we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies (auth, consent state). See cookie policy for details.

Retention

Account data: as long as your account exists. Invoices and tax records: 7 years (Dutch tax law). Audit-log: 5 years anonymised after account deletion.

Security

Data is hosted on Supabase (EU). Row-level-security ensures admins only see admin data, deelnemers only their own. All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are never logged.
