1. Scope
These terms apply to every vendor application, booking and participation at a Le Marie Marché market, Netherlands.
2. Application & confirmation
Submission of the application form does not guarantee a spot. Le Marie Marché evaluates each application on branche-mix and quality. You receive a confirmation by email within 5 business days.
3. Payment
After confirmation you receive an invoice. Payment must be completed before the market date. Without payment your spot can be released to the waiting list.
4. Cancellation & refund
Cancellation more than 7 days before the market: full refund. Less than 7 days: refund at the discretion of Le Marie Marché (typically partial). Cancellation by Le Marie Marché (e.g. weather, force majeure): full refund or rebooking.
5. Conduct on the market
Vendors set up at the agreed time, leave the spot clean, follow the floor plan and respect the atmosphere. Selling counterfeit, illegal or culturally insensitive goods leads to immediate removal without refund.
6. Liability
Le Marie Marché is not liable for damage, theft or loss of vendor goods or equipment during the market. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance.
7. Privacy

8. Disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes are first addressed in good faith between vendor and Le Marie Marché. If unresolved, the competent court in the Netherlands has jurisdiction.
